Eid is coming ,, soo we should start our preparations . of course we dont do a skin care only for Eid ,, every Women should have her own daily skin care routine , in order to get the best results ..
So let's start with my daily skin care routine in Ramadan ..
Pre-Breakfast Period :
After finishing cooking and after bein exposure to the cooking heat ,, I go clean my skin "Lotion , Toner , And a moisturizer ".
Skin Freshness Comes From Inside :
Do not ever think that the cream or the moisturizer is enough to keep your skin healthy , cz it only helps to get a beautiful and temporary result /
Here is a simple daily steps ensure you a constant freshness of the skin .
WATER : drink enough water ,, and eat a lot of vegetables and fruits that is rich of water such as "Cucumber and Watermelon "
a salad dish : it has an excellent effect healthy and useful for every day "It Keeps Your Skin Fresh And Bright "
The After Suhur Period :
Of course the first thing is cleaning ,, then the Mask or add any step of the intensive care .I put the Mask twice a week and I use this one :
It makes the skin soft and white and u feel the difference from the first use .
The scrub I use clean and clear scrub twice a week also it gives a great sense of smoothness and it cleans the pores of most of the accumulated dirt.

Moisturizing :
The most place where dryness or change of food style appears ; are LIPS
that's why u should take a large amount of WATER as I mentioned earlier , and of course the continuous moisturizing will keep them from cracking and peels and u'll look more beautiful at EID
Enough Sleep :
Some people their routine change in Ramadan , in terms of hours and duration of sleeping .
so whatever you routine change , try to keep your sleeping hours comfortable and quiet during the night , which has many benefits for the body and health in General .
I suffer from sleeping difficulties , but I try to do my best to get a comfortable and quiet sleep period .
Herbal TEA is comfortable and helps te RELAX ..
MakeUp :
We know that makeup is important for all girls , but try to make this period FREE of makeup AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE ; which means reduce the using of fondation and concealer or stop using them this month .
Just focus on your SKIN CARE , so u get a BRIGHT Skin for EID ..
