Hallo Ladies and Welcome Back ..

Today I'm going to talk abt some healthy habits that we should do every day to make our life more healthier .. Everybody wants to speed up metabolism and facilitate the process of burning fat ,, and there are some people who resort to dietary supplements or biased medicines to reach it , but in fact u dont need all this if u follow normal health methods and introduce daily habits into your life .






LETS START 😉


1) MORNING ==>>

COFFEE :

Start your day with coffee : This is a good news for coffee lovers cz if u want to speed up your metabolism , do not give up on your morning coffee . A daily cup of coffee can boost your metabolism from 5 to 8 % .

WHOLE GRAINS FOR BREAKFAST :


Bypassing breakfast is a big mistake , it causes a delay in metabolism . Providing your body with food during the first hours after waking up helps tp consume energy and speed up the metabolism throughout the day . And the right choice as a meal that support this goal is whole grains , including fiber and carbohydrates .

AFTERNOON ==>>

DRINK MORE WATER :

We may think that sitting in the office for a long time may have a negative effect only on the metabolic process , but if we drink a lot of water we can  help the body to burn more fat , the researches confirmed that people who drink 8-12 cups of water a day burn fat more than those who are satisfied with 4 only .

INTENSIVE EXERCISES :

Any type of exercises increases the metabolism and fat  burning .

A MEAL RICH OF PROTEIN :

It is known that a healthy diet helps the body to work at its maximum potential , but eating protein can move the diet to another level , and according to scientific studies , eating a measured amount of protein can increase digestion and this means burning  more calories .

EVENING ==>>

TAKE TIME TO RELAX :

If the mind is confused it will not help the body to meet it needs , when the human body is under the influence of pressure and tension , this disrupts the balance of its normal fonctions , which reduce its ability to burn fat .

SLEEP ENOUGH :

The ideal duration for a body to have enough sleep is 7 to 8 hours of sleep per night . cz the  lack of sleep helps to gain more pounds .
