Today's blog is about LIPS <3

as u know lips such as the rest of the body are exposed to many problems , such as sores and black pills that spread on the sides of the lips , in addition to some cracks .





Here are a few important tips for taking care of your lips .

1) water , water , and water ,, take as much water as possible during the day ,, it helps to make your lips moisturized , in the same way that it works to moisten your skin and your body .


2) don't forget to move your tongue on your lips from time to time , cz the saliva contains enzymes that nourish the lips .

3) always keep the lip balm with you wherever u go .



Also lips are exposed to sunburn ,, so do not mind to pass a little sun protection cream that u put on your lips .

and i have a natural mixture for peeling lips "i use it twice a week" ,, and we need ==>> Brown sugar , Honey and Olive Oil.

sugar helps to peel off your lips and remove the dead and dry skin ,, so we mix a Tablespoon of sugar a Tablespoon of honey  with a Tablespoon of olive oil .u put it on the lips and work on rubbing it , then wash it with a warm water and apply your lip balm
