The advent of Ramadan coincides with the most intense summer periods;
with high temperatures and low body fluids due to prolonged fasting , and as we all know the Moroccan Ramadan table known by the various dishes ,, which makes us sometimes forget to drink liquids...
That's why i decided to share with you some tipes and solutions to keep your skin healthy and refreshing during this month ..😉
First of all we need to drink a lot of water because the lack of water leads to driness of the skin . Also a cup of green tea helps revitalize the skin during Ramadan .
Reduce the intake of soft drinks and coffee because it absorbs minerals and fluids from the body ,, which appears quickly on the skin of the face .
Many of us during skin care forget the area around the eye and this leads to the appearance of dark circles . so to prevent their appearance ; make tea compresses three times a week with enough sleeping .. :)
eating nuts such as cashews or almonds works to restore the facial complexion because they contain high levels of fiber and fatty acids .
After washing your face with hot water or using soap , compensate the skin with alternative oils such as face creams because they lost their natural oils and become dry .
