Soo ,, As we all know showering is not just about cleaning and removing the germs we face daily.
But it is an effective way to purify the taste and eliminate nervous tension and stress..therefore,
we should all devote one day a week to the body massage bath and to renew the skin and hair...
using simple and natural ingredients for skin and hair care before showering,, away from any harsh
chemical ingredients.
1) Banana Mask With Honey For Damaged Hair:
It can be prepared at home,, so we need:
1 Banana , 2 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil , 1 Tablespoon of Honey
Mix the ingredients in the mixer then we put the mixture on the hair and we leave it for 15 minutes before rinsing.
2)Aloe Vera and Turmeric Mask For Face Skin:
1 Tablespoon of Aloe Vera Gel 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder 1 Teaspoon Ground Chickpea Powder
Mix all Ingredients together to obtain a homogeneous mixture then u spread it on the skin of the face and neck and you leave it for 15 minutes before rinsing.
3) Oat and brown sugar scrub for body :
1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar , 1 Tablespoon of Oatmeal , 2 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil or Olive Oil .
We mix the ingredients together ,, the resulting mixture is used to rub the body and we focus on dry and coarse areas such as knees , elbows and feet ...
After applying the body , hair and skin masks , relax in the bathtub and add a few drops of aromatic oil to soften your skin and get a long lasting scent . Also the use of aromatic candles helps to relax .
